Gaining initial approvals
After you are done with the determination of the business activity and more, you must move on to obtaining the initial approvals from the concerned authorities. In this case, the Department of economic development will play the role. If you do not take the initial approval for company formation form DED, you won’t be able to move on towards completing further requirements of business formation.
Choosing a business location
Businesses formed in the mainland must have a physical appearance as well. For conducting business activities, you must choose the best location. An important thing to consider while choosing the business location is that it must fulfil all the conditions of the DED.
Obtaining further approvals
In some cases, the approvals form the DED is not enough. There are other authorities as well whose approval may be needed in different conditions.
For example, conducting the activities of insurance, the approval from the Ministry of Economy is required and for that of transport activities, the Ministry of Interior’s approval is needed
Getting the license
You need to submit all the documents to the Department of Economic Development and submit all the dues for obtaining the business license in UAE
